Appointments

To schedule an appointment with us, give us a call, 607-217-5202. We are now accepting new patients and will be glad to set up an appointment for your pet. We look forward to welcoming you to our hospital. When calling for an appointment, remember we service mainly cats and dogs, as well as other pocket pets. We do not see large animals, snakes or birds. However we can refer you to someone else who can help you.

Patient Arrival

When you bring in your pet, please keep your dog on a leash and your cat or other small animal in a carrier. This will help to keep your pet with you and safe while you wait to go in to an examining room. During your wait, there is a children’s section to keep them entertained, with things such as family-friendly animal videos showing how much animals give to us and help us. Please check in upon arrival, and we will get to you and your pet as quickly as possible.
